Welcome to a comic gallery by =sprite-ariel. I figured that since this is going to be sort of a long haul of a brainchild, I'd move it out of my regular gallery into one of it's own.

Basically, this comic is based on Norse myhtology with some Celtic and Greek thrown in. Midgard has thrived and expanded under the diligent protection of the Thunderer, Thor, but has grown so rapidly that it has encroached upon and destroyed most of the world of the gods. The Aesir, as well as the Tuatha Dè Danann and the Olympians have been forced to live among mankind MUCH more intimately than any would like, as well as much more intimately with eachother than they'd ever care for. In the exclusive Valhalla flats, Odin, the All-Father, foremost of the Aesir is uneasy at the proximity of the Tuatha Dè Danann, or more specifically, of Lugh of the Long Arm, who is an old rival whom Odi is certain will be problems for them again. Or he could just be paranoid.

However, the Celtic gods aren't without their own problems, as the rather slummy Greek pantheon is all about pestering their well-to-do neighbors and being reduced to thuggish activities make it a daily routine to attempt to snag and beat the crap out of, one Oengus Og, the golden boy god of love among the Celts.

If neighborly love, or a lack thereof isn't enough of a problem, somewhere deep in the mountains in the North, the sentence of Loki Laufeyson has just expired and his bonds are breaking, heralding the beginning of the end, that is, Ragnarok. The son of fire giants, however, has his own agenda that changes so often and so drastically that even the far seeing Vanir have trouble keeping up with it. It is only a matter of time before he brings the age-old problems of the Aesir to their doorstep and by that time, it might just be too late to recall Ragnarok.
